Journalist Laura is a blog I’m writing about my professional and academic endeavors in journalism. After graduating with a bachelor’s in print journalism, then working for The Palm Beach Post for a few years, I decided to come back to school and get a master’s degree. My program is in mass communications, and I’m specializing in journalism.
I’m back in school because I want to expand my view and understanding of the world of media, to better my skills as a journalist, and to really find and develop my niche in the field, whether that be international journalism or one of the other facets of the profession which interests me.
